The support team was very helpful. Our project was non-standard, took lot’s of adjustments and kits offered enough flexibility to fit our needs. It is good that it came with tools: drill bits, driver kits, lag screws for wood, concrete anchor bolts, all attachment hardware. We ordered the connectors since we have it all connected as opposed to stand alone. Nicely finished, sturdy, looks great. Support staff were very patient as we worked through the planning, it is difficult to communicate 3 dimensional aspects by text. I had a lot of help from my neighbor is a retired contractor, so helped us avoid costly mistakes. We much prefer DIY, it is fun and challenging and at least 1/4 less expensive. The variety of connectors allowed for adjustment. Only problems: the 5/16” drill bits for concrete drilling measured exactly 5/16”, but the hike was too tight. The lower part would not fit in the hole, I mistakenly pounded away and it bent. When I bought a better drill bits, the anchor would drop down to the expansion sleeve and that was not too snug. The provided drill bits got so hot they bent and twisted. Don’t make my mistake and try to pull a bent anchor out , it won’t come. The silvery notifications were confusing. 1 your order is confirmed, 2 order is filled, 3 shipped, 4 tracking, 5 delivered. Hard to keep track, we did not get one kit, and wound up w an extra kit. Overall we are very pleased.

Caps were missing from my handrail order. I contacted the company and they were sent out the next day. The handrail was easy to install and is a very good product. Would definitely do business again if the the need arises.

I had a missing parts issue. Customer service was extremely responsive to the issue, and unbelievably overnighted the parts to me. The handrails themselves are high-quality and very easy to assemble on the job site. In addition, the handrails come with everything needed to mount them, drill bits, screws, concrete anchors, and even a pencil to mark where to drill the holes. You just don't see this type of quality and customer service anymore. I will definitely be using this company again!

I was super impressed with the handrail. It came with everything you need to install it. Down to the masonry bit and nut driver. The pencil for drill depth was a nice tough. Overall very happy. The rail was easy to install. It works great and looks great. I couldn't be happier.

The endcaps that came with the handrails stuck out past the metal rail and felt sharp on you hand, the replacement end caps fit snugl, did not protrude and feel great!
