Durability
At every step of the way, the production process is designed to ensure a strong, rust-free, all-weather handrail.
Precision
An intricate process, undertaken with utmost care and precision, to ensure a perfect product, every time.
Quality
Right from multiple chemical cleansing processes, to a multi-layer coating, we never compromise on quality.
Manufacturing Timeline
Watch a video of how we manufacture it
1
Oil Coating
The handrail is coated with oil to prevent rusting during storage & transportation.
2
Cutting
A cold saw is used to precisely cut the metal into the right sizes, without burs or sharp edges.
3
Sanding
The handrail is cleaned and sanded to ensure easy & deep penetration during welding, for strong, durable joints.
4
Chemical Bath
The handrail is put through a chemical bath to strip the accummulated dirt & oil up to this point.
5
Phosphate Bath
The second chemical treatment involves submersing the handrail in phosphate, to ensure better coating adhesion & prevent rust.
6
Powder Coating
In this step, the powder coating is sprayed on all sides of the handrail.
7
High-Heat Burners
The handrail passes over multiple high-heat burners on a conveyor belt, at 400°F for 10 minutes.
8
Quality Inspection
A thorough quality inspection is conducted, upon approval of which your handrail is packaged and loaded on a container for transport.
