Railing Design & Product Matching- FREE

Send us a drawing or an image of your space with dimensions noted, and we can provide you with the following:

  • a mark up of your drawing or image with the products we recommend
  • an exact list of railing and connectors necessary to complete your project
  • any cuts needed will be notated (you and/or installer on site can/should make final decision as needed to complete the installation).

The goal of our service is to provide everything needed so you or your installer need to only do this once (at one time) to get the installation done. We do NOT make any custom cuts (except for CRHR4Ext- Stairs Handrail Extension).

Note: This service is ONLY available via email. We are happy to answer product specification questions over the phone. If you still have questions AFTER we have return our drawing and created the list of railing & connectors, we are happy to offer a quick complimentary call to answer any installation questions or address any concerns.

If you need more in-depth help or you have a complex design, please note our handrail kits are all pre-fabricated and can only be shorten down in length (both the railing and the post). We do not do custom fabrication of railing and we do not do railing with curves.

Phone service is ONLY available for in-depth railing design service as well as code analysis.

In-depth Railing Design- $100/hour

  • Phone call appointment billable at 15 minutes increments
  • Document review billable at 10 minutes increments
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE any custom cutting of railing (the only custom cutting CR Handrail perform is for the wall to stairs handrail extension-- this is free of charge).

Code Analysis- $150/hour

  • Phone call appointment billable at 15 minutes increments
  • Document review billable at 10 minutes increments
