Stairs Handrail Wall Extension Kit Installation Guide - CR Fence & Rail

Need help with your installation?

Step 1

Measure the distance between your handrail and the wall. Now, you need to cut the railing down to the right size.

Note - for both rails, cut 1/4th inch less than measured distance.

Step 2

Remove the handrail end-cap, insert adjustable connector, insert the top rail, and fix the top rail to the wall.

Ensure the top rail is horizontal (using a leveller) before attaching to wall.

Step 3

Fix a middle rail bracket for the extension on the opposite side of the handaril’s middle rail bracket. Then, insert the middle rail, and attach the other bracket to the wall. Now, secure both middle rail brackets with self-drilling screws.
