Is there a cost for exchanging my stair handrail kit?

You can exchange your kit size for free, just one time. Each following return request will incur extra charges.

Can I exchange for a different product instead of just a size?

No, you can only exchange your stair handrail kit with a variation of the same product. You can choose a kit size bigger or smaller than the one you have, but it has to be the same product.

Can I return the extra leftover items from my kit after installation?

No, we do not accept leftover items as returns, since we cannot repackage them and they will end up in a landfill.

How long does the exchange process take?

As soon as we receive your exchange request, we make sure that your exchanged product is shipped within 1 business day (we target with in the same business day if you place a request before noon). However, it may take longer in case the product you want to exchange your kit with is out of stock.

What if the kit I need in exchange isn’t available?

If, due to some circumstances, the right size isn’t available, we’ll inform you when we receive your exchange request. We’ll add you to our priority shipment list; as soon as the kit you need is back in stock, we’ll ship your order right away.
